Komba is a physical discipline developed in Finland during the past 15 years by Jussi Kontio.

The art is like an open source software - meant to be played with and developed by its user community. Komba is developers, dancers, martial artists, body work specialists, therapists, research scientists, doctors, shamans, athletes and dads. For everyone Komba is personal, unique and a work in progress - just like their state of consciousness, physical intelligence and body language.

Together we relax, remember our natural movement and exchange physical intelligence.

Our temple is wherever we practice. Through a mutual agreement, the game is on.
